Completed in July, the Star of Sepänkyylä is home to happy residents. The property, built by WasaGroup, has 56 new apartments for seniors, while the commercial premises on the ground floor house a day care centre and Jelppis Team, a home services provider.

WasaGroup has been using digital site meetings since before the changes in working methods caused by the interest rate virus. During the current state of emergency and government-imposed movement restrictions, seamless digital connectivity has taken on a more prominent role.

WasaGroup implemented the project as a KVR contractor, responsible for design supervision and construction. The main contractor was the construction company WasaCon, which completed the works on time. The brand new multi-purpose hall, Isokyrö Arena, will be opened in early February.

Construction company WasaCon has been selected as the contractor for the Ilmajoki SOTE centre, the Herrala school and the function building.

The Builders' Plate No 19, granted by the South Ostrobothnia Building Foundation, has been handed over to the Kurikka Campus built by WasaCon Oy.

Johan Malm has been appointed CEO of WasaGroup as of 1 April 2019. Malm will develop and lead WasaGroup's operations and processes behind the unique Wasa360 concept.
