WasaGroup Oy's new CEO has been appointed
Timo Pahkala has been appointed CEO of WasaGroup Oy as of 1.8.2021. He takes over as CEO from the position of Project Development Director.
Timo Pahkala, 35, has been appointed CEO of WasaGroup Oy as of 1 August 2021. He takes over as CEO from the position of Project Development Director. Timo is a civil engineer by training and has a career of more than ten years in the Group, first in various positions in project management at WasaCon Oy and, since 2017, in project development at WasaGroup Oy.
During his career, Timo has played a significant role in the creation and development of the Group's project development. He has launched the Helsinki office and successfully expanded WasaGroup's operations to the Helsinki metropolitan area.
"Long knowledge of the company and its staff over the years provides a strong basis for managing the company. Having been involved in the project development business for several years, I have seen the market and the evolution of our company's ability to deliver very closely. This will certainly help me in my new role", says Timo Pahkala.
