WasaCon Oy was established in 1996 in Vaasa, Ostrobothnia. Over the years, WasaCon Oy has developed into a number of well-known companies. During our time in business, we have carried out a large number of different new construction, renovation and infill projects.
Today, we are a rapidly developing and growing company, and we operate nationwide. As we have evolved, our activities have become more diversified (see services).

We provide all services from design to implementation with one contract, one price and one project manager - no middlemen. At the same time, our partner saves you money and time.
We are a member of the Finnish Association for Quality in Construction (RALA) and are committed to continuous improvement. We are also committed to fulfilling our obligations under the Contractors' Liability Act.

ISO 9001:2015 management system certificate
In December 2023, Wasacon was awarded the Management System Certificate.
With a certified ISO 9001 management system, WasaCon implements its own quality strategy systematically and with effective processes. The system is designed to help establish and maintain operational processes and to promote good practice in the cooperation between the company's staff, customers and stakeholders.
The 14001-certified environmental management system is a natural addition to WasaCon's environmental management, which aims to minimize the negative environmental impact of the organization's operations.

ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification
WasaCon was awarded an environmental certificate in December 2023.
The ISO 14001 environmental certificate indicates that WasaCon complies with environmental legislation, recognises the environmental impacts of its activities and sets targets and goals to minimise environmental impacts.
We strengthen local communities, increase the vitality of regions and act as a long-term partner.
Sustainability
