Construction of Lidl and McDonald's in Klemettilä is well underway
WasaCon Oy is building a new Lidl store and McDonald's restaurant in Klemettilä, Vaasa, which is expected to open to customers during the summer.
Work on the Lidl site, due for completion in October, is progressing on schedule. The site is currently undergoing landscaping work, so that when the McDonald's fast food restaurant and the car park are completed, the store's forecourt areas will also be largely finished. For Lidl, construction work on the interior is also well advanced and the next stage will be the installation of the refrigeration units. In addition, the façade facing Sepänkyläntien will be finished to its final appearance.
The construction of the McDonald's fast food restaurant in a separate building is already in its final stages and the restaurant and its car park will open to customers in July.
