The Powergate complex built for Wärtsilä is ready
WasaCon has completed the construction of the Powergate office complex for Wärtsilä.
The Powergate I office building was built in 2006-2008 in the Vaasa Airport Park area in Vaasa Runsor. The Powergate II office building was completed in 2019.
Powergate I is owned by Keva and Powergate II by Nordisk Renting.
The Powergate II building, which has now been completed, has a total area of approximately 16,642 m2, while the Powergate I building has a total area of 15,538 m2.
The main contractor for the Powergate I and Powergate II office buildings is WasaCon.
