Production and office premises

WasaCon was selected as the turnkey contractor for Kiinteistö Oy WaskiCenter's second industrial hall. The property was completed in November 2025, almost a month ahead of schedule.

WasaCon carried out the KVR contract for an industrial building in Vaskiluoto, Vaasa. The property was completed in August 2025.

Cooperation with Kesko will continue to be close. WasaCon implemented new business premises for Kesko in K-Supermarket Kauhava. The premises were completed in September 2025.

WasaCon implemented new store premises for Onnise in Seinäjoki. The project was completed in June 2025.

WasaCon Oy implemented Autoklinika's new business premises in Tynninharju, Lohja. 

Botnia Marin, known for its Targa boats, chose WasaCon to build its new offices. The office building, located in Maalahti, south of Vaasa, next to the company's production facilities, was completed in early 2023.

WasaCon will build a new warehouse for Oy Blomberg Stevedoring Ab in Vaskiluoto, Vaasa.

Kivikiila is an office and business park developed by WasaGroup in Vaasa, well connected to the highway 8. The Kivikiila project will be built in phases.

WasaCon implemented a new commercial building for a single user. The project was completed on schedule in August 2022.

The third and final construction phase of WasaCon's office and business park has been completed.
