WasaCon will build a new warehouse for Oy Blomberg Stevedoring Ab in Vaskiluoto, Vaasa.
Oy Blomberg Stevedoring Ab is a port operator operating in Vaasa, Kalajoki and Kristiinankaupung, handling import and export logistics.
The old hall will be demolished and replaced by a cold grain storage hall of approximately 5 000 m2, measuring 121 m x 42 m. The contract includes earthworks, foundations, concrete walls, retaining walls and asphalting. The contract also includes lightweight wall structures above the concrete walls.
The contract value (main contract) is € 1 250 000 (VAT 0%).
The construction work was completed on 8/2023.
