WasaGroup sold WasaCon Kokkola Oy to the executive management
WasaGroup has sold the construction company WasaCon Kokkola Oy to its executive management.
WasaCon Kokkola Oy is a sister company of the WasaGroup construction company WasaCon, which operates as a construction contractor in the Kokkola-Pietarsaari-Ylivieska economic area.
WasaCon Oy, a WasaGroup construction company, will continue its construction contracting activities in the Vaasa region as before.
WasaGroup's strategy calls for investments in national expansion
WasaGroup's turnover reached a new record of EUR 66 million in 2016, and the order book of WasaGroup Oy and WasaCon Oy is currently the best in the Group's history.

WasaCon Kokkola continues in the hands of good management
WasaCon Kokkola Oy is a construction company established in 2013 that works as a construction contractor in both new and renovation projects. From the beginning, the company has been strongly driven by local management. Håkan Nyman will continue as CEO and owner of the company.

Håkan Nyman has previously owned a third of WasaCon Kokkola Oy. In the future, the company will be fully owned by Nyman and the change of ownership will not affect ongoing projects or the company's employees.

WasaGroup and WasaCon Kokkola Oy will continue to cooperate in the future. The services of the WasaGroup companies will continue to support WasaCon Kokkola Oy's business and WasaCon Kokkola Oy can provide construction and contracting services for WasaGroup's real estate projects in its area of operation.
