The WasaTrainee programme is aimed at early-stage university students, and during the programme the student is promised a summer job/internship for each summer during their studies. In addition to a guaranteed summer job, the work experience gained by the student is varied, as the summer job is with a different team each summer.

Students selected for the WasaTrainee programme have a say in the content of their Trainee programme, and for each student the WasaTrainee programme will look different. There is plenty of choice, as the Group's divisions cover the entire real estate and construction field, from property and project development to design, construction and contracting, from machinery rental and site services to real estate asset management, real estate investment and real estate funds.

In addition to a varied internship every year, students selected for the WasaTrainee programme also have the opportunity to do a thesis for the Group, and a permanent job after graduation is not excluded.
