WasaCon to build a furniture store in Vaasa
WasaGroup will build a new furniture store for Lähdesmäki Oy in Kivihaka, Vaasa.
Lähdesmäki Invest Oy has acquired the shares of a real estate company in Kivihaa, Vaasa, from Sjaelso Finland Oy and has entered into a contract with WasaCon to build a retail warehouse on the site.
The real estate company rents the entire premises to Lähdesmäki Oy as a furniture store.
The new furniture store of over 2,000 square metres will be completed in February-March 2016.
A project coordinated by WasaGroup
WasaGroup has acted as property developer and has been looking for a user for the plot owned by Sjaelson. The WasaGroup Group was able to provide Lähdesmäki with an easy and efficient way to realise the project for a new store.
WasaGroup Oy has been responsible for the development of the plot and the preparation of the sale of the real estate company. WasaPlan Oy has been responsible for the architectural and structural design of the site and the building permit process. The construction company WasaCon, which is contracting the building, has been involved in the project from the design stage.
WasaGroup's extensive expertise and flexible operating methods enable real estate projects to be completed quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
