WasaCon to build Tokmanni department store in Nivala
WasaCon is the main contractor in the Tokmanni Nivala department store project, which is being implemented as a KVR contract.
The new department store will comprise a store of approximately 2,600 square metres and a garden centre. The store will open for Christmas sales towards the end of 2015.
WasaPlan Oy is the main designer of the project and will handle the architectural and structural design of the project as well as the permitting processes.
WGF investment site
This is the first investment of the WGF III fund. The WGF III fund is currently preparing several commercial buildings around Finland.
