WasaCon to build a service building in Vaasa
Construction company WasaCon has been selected as the contractor for the elderly care home to be built in Pohjois-Klemettilä, Vaasa.
The service building will be built by the City of Vaasa's real estate company Koy Pikipruukki and the service provision will be organised by the City of Vaasa.
The future service home at Himalajankatu 1 will have 58 service apartments and 29 apartments for interval care.
The contract covers the civil engineering and building services works for the new building, including the landscaping and connections. The building services include demolition, ventilation, automation, sprinkler and electrical works.
The contract is worth around EUR 7 million.
