WasaCon to build Isokylä multi-purpose building in Kokkola
This is the largest single construction project in WasaCon's history to date.
WasaCon has been selected as the main contractor for the construction of the Isokylä multi-purpose building in Kokkola.
WasaCon will build a new building with a floor area of approximately 10,000 m2 and a volume of 48,500 m3.The Isokylä multi-purpose building will house teaching, kindergarten, counseling and youth facilities.
The construction will take about 20 months and will be completed in 2015, for a total contract value of around EUR 13 million.
