WasaCon has been selected to implement the Ylihärmä secondary school
WasaCon Oy has been selected as the contractor for the Ylihärmä secondary school. Construction work will start in August 2023 and the secondary school section will be completed by the end of 2024.
The primary school in Kauhava's Ylihärmkä, which was completed in early 2022, will be followed by a new building for secondary school pupils, with six primary education classes, a sports hall, a music classroom that can be converted into a stage, technical work classes, domestic science and handicraft classes, two special education rooms and a public shelter.
WasaCon Oy has been selected as the contractor for the Ylihärmä secondary school for a total price of 9 975 000 € (VAT 0%).
Construction will start in August 2023 and the secondary school section will be completed by the end of 2024.
After the completion of the secondary school section, the old secondary school will be demolished and in phase 2, during 2025, the new school buildings and the new canteen connecting the kitchen will be built.
