WasaCon expands its activities to Northern Finland
The construction company WasaCon will also start building in Kainuu with the help of Kainuu people.
WasaCon will carry out a major renovation of the water roof, pipes and facade of 9 apartment buildings in Kajaani. The renovation contract includes replacement of windows, balconies and water roof as well as HVAC renovation. The construction period is approximately 2 years.
WasaCon will also participate in other contracting competitions in Kainuu.
The withdrawal of large construction companies from the provinces offers WasaCon the opportunity to expand its activities thanks to its efficiency.
