WasaCon Kokkola builds Santaha sports area in Kokkola
Construction company WasaCon Kokkola will build the maintenance buildings for the Santaha sports area in Kokkola.
The new maintenance buildings will serve both the Kipparihalle, which is being expanded, and the football pitch.
The two new maintenance buildings will each have two new changing rooms. The new maintenance building will be approximately 230 m2 and the extension to the football hall will be approximately 165 m2.
In addition to the construction work, the contract includes ventilation, heating, water and sewerage, automation and electrical work. The estimated cost of the investment is around €600,000.
The new changing rooms will address the shortage of changing rooms at Santaha Sports Park and improve the efficiency of the sports facilities in the sports area.
