WasaCon Kokkola to build the Centrumhuset in Luodo
WasaCon Kokkola is building a new health centre and library in Luodo. The site is an investment of the WGF real estate development fund.
New premises are being built in the centre of Luoto for the municipality of Luoto with private funding.
The WGF II real estate development fund is building a new building in the centre of Luoto, which will house the Luoto library, a dentist's and health centre and other facilities. WGF II will lease the premises to the municipality of Luoto.
WasaCon Kokkola Oy is the main contractor of the project and NSA Companies is responsible for project management.
The project is a joint venture between NSA Companies and WasaCo Kokkola.
