WasaCon and Airaksinen have signed a contract agreement
The construction company WasaCon Oy and Airaksinen Invest Oy have signed a contract for the construction of a commercial property in Klemettilä, Vaasa.
In the area known as the Klemettilä triangle, Airaksinen plans to build a commercial property of approximately 1,500 m², which will house premises for one operator. The design of the new commercial property will begin immediately and the goal is to start construction in early 2022.
WasaCon is currently building a new Lidl store in the same area, which is scheduled to be completed in October.
