The new CEO will be responsible for the operational management of the Group's businesses.
WasaGroup is the fastest growing real estate and construction group in Finland. To support its strong growth, WasaGroup Group is hiring a new CEO to be responsible for the operational management of the Group's businesses. The current CEO Ari Tyynismaa will continue to work for the Group and will focus more on customer interface and the development of the Group's businesses.
WasaGroup is looking for a present and motivating supervisor
The new CEO will be responsible for business processes and operational management. He will also be heavily involved in the development of the company's strategy together with the main shareholders and will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy in the organisation.

We will give the new CEO broad responsibility and freedom, but we will support and assist him", says Ari Tyynismaa, WasaGroup's current CEO.

The current management of the Group will continue to serve the Group
Ari Tyynismaa has been the CEO of WasaGroup until now. Vice President Jani Peräsarka has also been heavily involved alongside Tyynismaa in the management of the group. Tyynismaa and Peräsarka are the main owners of WasaGroup, which also has several small shareholders.
Tyynismaa and Peräsarka will continue to work for WasaGroup. With the new CEO in place, Tyynismaa will be able to work at the customer interface, which he sees as extremely important to maintain the company's growth. Tyynismaa will also have more time than before to envision the future of the company and to strategically develop the business. Peräsarka will be able to focus more on his area of expertise, namely WGF real estate development funds and the development of real estate investment activities.
