The Three Roofs Harvest Anniversary is celebrated in Vaasa's Kivihaha
The Three Roofs celebrations are back in Vaasa's Kivihaha, as three new buildings have reached the gable height.
The extension of the Vaasa Gneissihov business centre will be completed in the Kivihaa shopping centre area, providing space for the development and expansion of the business activities of Fiinvacon Oy and Tammi Kiinteistötekniikka Oy. In addition, Kårkulla Samkommun will move into the Gneissihov premises.
A store building is completed next to Gneissihov, where Vaasa's third Lidl and Vaasa's first Burger King restaurant will open. The property will also be home to a Shell fuel distribution point.
Across the street from Lidl's premises, a commercial space will be completed for furniture store Lähdesmäe, which will open a new store in Vaasa.
The WasaGroup's customisable full service
WasaGroup has played a key role in every construction project. The Gneissihov Business Centre is financed and leased by WasaGroup Fund I, a real estate development fund managed by WasaGroup.
The main contractor for each project has been WasaCon. The sites have been equipped and site services provided by WasaTrade, a machinery rental company. The architectural and structural design was carried out by WasaPlan for the Gneissihov and Lähdesmäki buildings. The Lidl buildings were designed by the architectural firm Gerd Hytönen.
WasaGroup has played an active role as project developer for each site. Gneissihovi is an investment of the WGF real estate development fund managed by WasaGroup. In the other two properties, WasaGroup has worked closely with the property developer Sjaelso Finland Oy.
