Construction of the Gneissihov in Vaasa has started
Construction work has started on the second WGF I project, the Vaasa Gneissihov business centre.
Vaasa Gneissihovi is a new business centre for construction, renovation, furnishing and interior design to be built in Vaasa Kivihaka. In the first phase, the business centre will provide around 5,000 m2 of retail space. The second phase will comprise around 4,500 m2 and will start in spring 2014.
The first part of the Gneissihov in Vaasa, which will be completed in October 2014, has the last 510 m2 of available space for rent.
WasaCon will implement the project as a KVR contract. WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the design of the project.
The WGF fund is accepting investments for the second phase of the Vaasa Gneissihov.
