Vaasa's Gneissihovi business centre completed
Vaasa Gneissihovi is a new business centre for construction, renovation and interior design in Vaasa's Kivihaha, on the new bypass road.
The business centre is also home to Värimiehet, a paint, wallpaper, tile and parquet company, PekkaNiska, a specialist in personal lifts, and the WasaGroup companies; WasaPlan design agency, WasaCon construction company, WasaTrade machine rental company.
The Vaasa Gneissihovi business centre is a WGF I real estate fund property, financed by investments from investors in the real estate fund. The WGF I property fund rents the premises it builds to companies and returns the rental income to investors annually.

The paint and interior design wholesale and retail store Värimiehet has expanded its operations to Vaasa. The new Värimiehet store in Gneissikuja 1, Kivihaa, Vaasa, serves customers Mon-Fri 7-17 and Sat 9-14.
