Laying the foundation stone for the Gneissihovi business centre in Vaasa
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Vaasa Gneissihovi business centre in Vaasa Kivihaka was held on Wednesday 15.1.2014.
The WGF I real estate fund is building an approximately 9,500 m2 construction, renovation, interior design and furnishing services and retail shopping centre in the Kivihaa shopping centre area in Vaasa. In the first phase, approximately 4,500 m2 will be completed by the end of 2014.
The first phase of the Gneissihovi business centre is fully leased. The first phase of the shopping centre will accommodate a wide range of construction services and shops that will expand their operations in Vaasa or expand to Vaasa from other locations:
- Real estate and construction group WasaGroup
- WasaCon construction company
- Steel construction supplier WasaSteel
- Construction equipment rental WasaTrade
- WasaPlan architecture firm
- Tool- and accessory shop Würth
- Lifting supplier PekkaniskaService and Inspection Point
- Interior decoration and renovation supply store (name to be announced)
The Kivihaa shopping centre area is home to almost all the construction and renovation services and stores in Vaasa, as well as home furnishing and interior design stores. The Vaasa Gneissihovi shopping centre will stand on a prime business location next to the new bypass road to the Seppänkylän and will form a new hub for home, garden and garden services and shops.
The 2nd phase of the business centre (total of approx. 4,500 m2) is now available. They are looking for kitchen and bathroom fitters, plumbers, electricians, lighting, furniture shops and other activities related to construction, renovation and interior design.
The Vaasa Gneissihovi business centre is a WGF real estate fund property. The WGF real estate fund enables companies and individuals to invest in large properties.
WasaCon Oy is responsible for the construction of the Gneissihov and WasaPlan Oy for the architectural and structural design.
