Very good results in all indicators of the workplace survey
The workplace survey measures employees' work performance, stress levels and commitment to their employer, and assesses their situation in five categories: their own work, the functioning of the workplace, the performance of the frontline staff, skills and renewal, and their capacity and resources.
For WasaCon, the response rate for last year was almost 88.5%, with 23 respondents. The average of all responses was 4.22 on a scale of 1 to 5. 16% of the responses indicated a need for improvement and 84% of respondents considered the situation to be good enough. The average score for work ability was 8.7 on a scale of 0-10, while the average score for stress level was 1.91 on a scale of 1-5.
- "We received very good responses to the survey and good results," says Jenny Peräsarka, Human Resources Manager. "Especially the commitment to the employer, eNPS 43, is a very good result. The results show that the company has a good spirit and the new management is eager to develop the business. The average score in all areas of the survey is above 4/5, which means that no area is doing badly.
