The opening of Tokmanni Nivala was celebrated as planned on 26.11.2015.
The opening of the Tokmanni department store in Nivala, built by WasaCon, was celebrated on 26.11.2015.
The site was built by WasaCon and designed by WasaPlan. Astora-Rakennus Oy has been the main contractor on the construction site.
The property is an investment of the WGF III real estate development fund. WGF III has financed the investment and leased the property to Tokmanni Oy under a long-term lease.
