Demolition work has started on an old building at Opistokatu 15 in Klemettilä, Vaasa.
WasaCon is building a new commercial building on the site, called Svenna's Corner, which will provide new retail and office space for businesses in Vaasa, right next to the city centre.
In the context of the demolition work that has started, the contaminated soil on the site will be replaced.
Svenna's Corner is the first fund of the WGF I real estate development fund.
