Design of Svenna Corner commercial building started
WasaCon is the main contractor for the KVR contract for the new commercial building.
WasaGroup is planning and building a new store and commercial space in Klemettilä, Vaasa. The building will provide approximately 2,000 square metres of modern retail and commercial space.
The building will be located in a very central business location, right in the heart of the city centre. WasaGroup offers the possibility to rent or buy premises.
Future tenants or owners of the premises can be involved in the design phase to decide on the layout and equipment of their premises. WasaPlan Oy is responsible for the architectural design of the building, WasaCon Oy is the contractor and WasaGroup Oy is responsible for the rental and sale of the premises.
