The Scandic hotel built by WasaCon Oy has been completed
The new building was handed over to users on schedule in April 2018.
The new Scandic Hotel in the centre of Vaasa has been completed and handed over to the users on schedule.
At the beginning of 2017, WasaCon started work on the extension of the new Scandic Vaasa hotel. After the renovation, the hotel's capacity increased from 86 rooms to a total of 123 rooms. In addition to the hotel, the new premises also include the offices of Airaksinen Capital Oy.
The project has been developed by Airaksinen Capital Oy. WasaCon Oy has acted as the main contractor and has built the site as a general contractor. WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the architectural and structural design of the property.
