The opening ceremony of the Tokmanni department store in Laitila was celebrated on 12.11.2015. WasaCon has been the main contractor in the KVR contract for the Tokmanni department store project in Laitila.
The department store has been designed by WasaPlan Oy, which has been responsible for the architectural and structural design. The steel frame of the department store was supplied by WasaSteel Oy. The main contractor for the KVR project was WasaCon and the main contractor was Astora-Rakennus Oy.
The property is financed by WasaGroup Fund I, a real estate development fund that owns the property and rents it to Tokmanni Oy.
