WasaCon has been selected to implement the new accessible apartment building in Kurikka

WasaCon Oy has been selected as the KVR contractor for Kiinteistö Oy Kärrykartano. It is a residential apartment building and will be built on Laulajanti in Kurikka. The property is an ARA rental property.

The apartment building will have four floors and 24 apartments, totalling 1 634 brm².

Construction will start in September 2023 and the apartment building will be completed in September 2024.

The contract price is €3 796 600 (VAT 0%).
