Three construction sites in Vaasa at gable height
On 5.6.2014, the Three Roofs Harvesting Party was celebrated in Vaasa.
WasaCon's projects Svennan Kulma commercial building, Vaasa Gneissihovi shopping centre and Vaasa Tokmanni department store are at the peak of their construction and will be completed during 2014.
Svenna's Corner and Vaasa's Gneissihovi are the first investments of the WGF I fund.
The accounting and auditing services provider Toimialakirjanpito and Anvia Securi will move to the Svenna Corner office building at Opistokatu 15. The building still has one retail space and basement space available for rent.
All WasaGroup companies, Wurth, PekkaNiska and Värimiehet will move to the Gneissihov in Kivihaas, Vaasa. The second phase of Vaasa Gneissihov is currently being rented out.
Tokmanni in Vaasa will also be completed in Kivihaka.
