Klemettilä Corner Business Centre completed
The business centre project coordinated by WasaGroup in Klemettilä, Vaasa, has been completed.
The new 4,355 square metre business centre will provide premises for a lunch restaurant and retail and office space for operators in Vaasa. The business centre will provide employment for more than 100 people.
In the business centre, in addition to Kesmo, Wurth, a specialist in tools and accessories, Vaasan Micro Copy, a specialist in storage and archiving solutions, Tammi Kiinteistötekniikka, a specialist in building services engineering, and Vismar, a specialist in HVAC, have started operations. In addition to the specialist retailers, the business centre also houses Nordea's Contact Center.
The business centre is designed by WasaPlan Oy. WasaPlan has also carried out part of the interior design of the premises. The construction was carried out by the construction company WasaCon. WasaGroup has coordinated the project and is responsible for the management of the property, owning and leasing just over half of the premises.
