Klemettilä's Corner topping-up ceremony
WasaCon's Klemettilä Kulma business centre at gable height. The main contractor for the two new commercial buildings is WasaCon Oy. WasaPlan Oy is responsible for the design.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the new business centre to be built at Myllärinkatu 12 in Klemettilä, Vaasa, will take place on 23 August 2012. The new business centre will provide 4,355 square metres of restaurant, retail and office space.
The new business centre will expand and complement the services in the Klemettilä area, as the business centre will be home to Kesmo, a lunch restaurant, Würth, which specialises in tools and accessories, Vaasa's MicroCopy, which specialises in storage and archiving solutions, Tammi Kiinteistötekniikka, which specialises in building services, and Vismar, which specialises in HVAC. The business centre will also house Nordea's Contact Center.
