Construction of Vaasa Electricity's new headquarters in Vaasa, near the Palosaari bridge. Vaasan Sähkö concentrated its operations in new buildings, where EPV also moved.
In addition to the main building, which was partly built on the sea, the project included a second office building. The steel piling reached almost 20 metres below sea level. Part of the work on the seaward side of the building was carried out from floating work platforms.
