WasaCon is the main contractor for the KVR contract for the Tokmanni Nivala department store building, also responsible for the design and HVAC works.
WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the architectural and structural design of the department store and WasaSteel Oy supplied the steel frame.
The main contractor on the construction site was Astora-Rakennus Oy.
The investment will be managed by the WGF III real estate development fund.
