The new Tokmanni department store is perfectly located at the crossroads of very busy highways.
A Tokmanni store will be built in Laitila at the busy intersection of highway 8 (Rauma-Turku) and highway 48 (Uusikaupunki-Tampere) in a 2,500 square metre department store. A garden centre of about 210 square metres was also added to the property.
WasaCon was the main contractor for the KVR project, also responsible for the design and the HVAC works.
WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the architectural and structural design of the department store and WasaSteel Oy supplied the steel frame.
The main contractor on the construction site was Astora-Rakennus Oy.
The investment will be made by the WGF I real estate development fund.
