WasaCon has completed a commercial building in Klemettilä, Vaasa, as a KVR contract.
The new commercial building will include retail and office space on the first floor, office space on the second floor and a full-size basement.
The site was built with a cast-in-place concrete frame and insulating reinforcement. The façade took into account the cultural and historical requirements of the area and the conservation designations.
The investment will be made by the WGF I real estate development fund. WasaCon Oy is the main contractor for the project. WasaPlan Oy, the main designer, is responsible for the architectural and structural design.
