The Wasa360 concept as an implementation model
WasaGroup Oy has acted as the property developer and builder of the commercial space. WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the architectural and structural design and WasaCon Oy for the construction.
The project is invested and financed by WGF II, a real estate development fund, which is the landlord of the commercial premises on the first floor.
