WasaCon was contracted by KVR to build a new hotel building in the centre of Vaasa. The building will house the Scandic Hotel.
The building will be an 8-storey triangular tower with 55 hotel rooms on floors 2-6. The hotel rooms will double the room capacity of the Scandic hotel currently operating in the adjacent building.
WasaCon acts as the main contractor, delivering the building to the client on a turnkey basis. The architectural and structural design will be carried out by WasaPlan Oy.
