The new maintenance buildings at Santaha Sports Park, built by WasaCo Kokkola, will serve both the Kipparihalli hall and the football pitch.

Two changing rooms were built in each of the two new maintenance buildings. The new service buildings are approximately 230 m2 in size and the extension to the football hall is approximately 165 m2. The works included, in addition to the building work, ventilation, heating, water and sewerage, automation and electrical works.
