WasaCon Kokkola Oy will implement a new production facility for Oy Rani Plast Ab as a project management contractor.
The new production facility will be around 46,000 m3 in size and will feature a steel-framed tower rising to a height of around 55 metres.
WasaCon Kokkola Oy is the project management contractor and main contractor for the construction project, responsible for the overall coordination of the project, including architectural and structural design.
The architectural plans and building permit documents have been prepared by WasaPlan Oy.
Construction has started on 8.6.2015.
