WasaCon is carrying out the conversion of a former lunch restaurant building into a day-care centre under a KVR contract.

In the new day-care centre, Provida Oy will operate a day-care centre for the City of Vaasa. There will be three groups in the day care centre; Kiviset, Soraset and Muruset.

The real estate investment for the new kindergarten is financed by the WGF II real estate development fund.

The modifications have been designed by WasaPlan Oy, which has also handled the building permit process.
