WasaCon is the main contractor for the OP Arena KVR project.
The OP Arena will be built in Mustasaari Municipality's school centre and will serve the municipality's school sports activities during the day on weekdays. The OP Arena will be operated by a private operator who will rent the facilities on weekday evenings and weekends in addition to its other activities.
WasaPlan Oy was responsible for the architectural and structural design of the department store and WasaSteel Oy supplied the steel frame.
The investment will be made by the WGF II real estate development fund.
