WasaGroup carried out a real estate project in the small triangular area of Klemettilä in Vaasa, where a Lidl convenience store, a Neste Express station and a McDonald's fast food restaurant were built.

The Klemettilä Business Centre project in Vaasa was implemented according to the Wasa360 service model, where WasaGroup was responsible for the design and implementation of the real estate project and Tuohex Real Estate Fund for the financing and leasing of the property.
WasaCon Oy was the contractor for both the McDonald's and Lidl buildings and both were completed on schedule. Cooperation between the parties involved in the project was excellent and the site was completed smoothly in three phases.
The Neste Express station was opened for passenger and van drivers in autumn 2020.
