WasaCon is building a new campus hall in Kokkola in the area between Eteläväylä and Teknologiakatu.
The Campus Hall is the new sports hall of the Central Ostrobothnia Education Group, which will include a sports hall, a fitness, aerobics and dance hall, teaching facilities and centralised student health services.
The campus hall serves not only the educational institutions but also the needs of the city of Kokkola and the sports clubs in the surrounding area, as well as various meetings, events and functions.
The building is constructed with a cast-in-place concrete frame. The building incorporates many spectacular architectural solutions for the façade and the concrete staircase at the entrance.
WasaCon Oy is the main contractor and WasaCon Kokkola Oy is the project manager.
