The third and final construction phase of WasaCon's office and business park has been completed.

Kivikiila is an office and retail complex built by WasaGroup, designed by WasaPlan and built by WasaCon, located in Kivihaas, Vaasa, in a wedge-shaped area between Mustasaarentie, Välitie and Kokkolantie. The centre covers a total area of approximately 14 500 m2 and the total investment in the project is around EUR 30 million.
The first phase of the project will be completed in 2022). The new premises will include: Kempower Oyj, AFRY Finland Oy, Abilita Oy and DG Creative Oy, Kiffel Pesula Oy and InMedi Oy.
The area was completed in the summer of 2023, when the Prestige Car Center Oy premises were completed.
Phase 3 of the project has been completed. The third phase consisted of two different buildings. The construction project ended at the end of 2024. Etra Megacenter, Tools and Grolls and the Pohjanmaan Metsänhoitoyhdistys (Pohjanmaan Forestry Association) moved into the new premises.
