Kivikiila is an office and business park developed by WasaGroup, located in Kivihaha, Vaasa, in a wedge-shaped area bordered by Mustasaarentie, Välitie and Kokkolantie. The site will be used as a business park with the aim of achieving energy self-sufficiency in the long term.
The construction of the Kivikila project will be carried out in phases. Construction of the second phase will start in autumn 2022, following the completion of the first phase.
The aim is also to build an 8-storey office building on the site, which will provide modern and energy-efficient office space. The Kivikiila office space will be implemented according to the client's needs, using the flexible Wasa360 service model.
