Itella Distribution Centre

Construction of Itella's new mail distribution and logistics centre in Vaasa. The building's frame solution consisted of concrete columns and glulam beams, concrete socles, sheet metal wall elements and a load-bearing plywood slab.

Of the 3,200 square metres of floor space, about 660 m2 were office and social areas, and the rest was hall-like distribution space with separate moped and bicycle storage.
