WasaCon Oy is the main contractor for the construction of the new nursing home.
The nursing home to be built will be a residential type unit consisting of two buildings. One will have 15 accommodation places and the other 4 supportive housing units. Esperi Care Oy will be responsible for the operation.
The property is being developed by real estate developer WasaGroup Oy. WasaGroup designs the premises to be built and leased, and is responsible for the development of the sites. WasaPlan Oy is responsible for the architectural and structural design of the site. The investor and financier is the WGF II real estate development fund.
