Located near the centre of Vaasa, the GreenStar Hotel is centrally located on the Valtatie 8, with excellent transport links to all parts of Vaasa and neighbouring municipalities.
The hotel has around 100 rooms and is the fourth GreenStar Hotel ever. The hotel uses green and emission-free electricity and district heating. Beds, paints, detergents and cleaning are all Swan certified. Finnish wood has been used in the construction and recycled fabrics in the upholstery. Wasa360 production
The project was implemented using the Wasa360 service model, where WasaGroup was responsible for the overall construction of the site. The architectural, structural and HVAC design was carried out by WasaPlan Oy. The main contractor for the project was WasaCon Oy.
